How to fix your iPhone X’s ‘crash screen’ issue

It’s not an everyday issue for users to have to call Apple’s support line.

It is however an ongoing issue that some users experience on the iPhone X. For the iPhone users who experience the crash, the iPhone has been running with a few apps disabled due to the issue.

When a user is able to turn off or turn off a few applications and lockscreen, the screen can look fuzzy and distorted.

If that happens, the user will see a message that reads “Unable to start apps, lock screen or contacts”.

Users are advised to enable the app or lockscreen before starting the phone.

Once this is done, the display will look smooth and there will be no screen flickering.

Some users have also reported that they cannot use the Touch ID sensor to unlock their phone.
